“PEACE OF MIND” OPTION (POM)

The cost of the “POM” option is $7 per month, due on the Monthly Lease Payment date and applying to the current month only. This option can only be initiated at the time of rental and expires when the agreement is terminated. It includes FIRE, THEFT, or ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE which affects the playability of the instrument. It does not include cosmetic damage or replacement of consumable items such as drumheads, sticks, strings, reeds, lubricants, or straps. SAIED Music reserves the right to repair or replace said property with other property of similar type, age, and condition. SAIED Music must be notified within 30 days of damage, or furnished proof of loss for option to be in effect. “POM” Coverage is OPTIONAL.

TOTAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS MUST BE CURRENT FOR “PEACE OF MIND” TO BE IN EFFECT.
