Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
How to return your Lease-to-Own Instrument
- You may return your lease-to-own instrument at any of our six convenient locations.
- You may ship your instrument via UPS,
Fedex , or US Mail. Please be sure to include your name and phone number in the shipment. - In some cases, you can give the instrument to the Saied Road Representative that visits your school. Please be sure to make arrangements with Saied Business office at 800.777.5541 to determine if this is an option for you.
Shipping Options
Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.
Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text box to make your request.
We do not offer International Shipping.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)
Pickup Policy
In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will package all items available from our shelf and charge your credit card for the amount of the items plus applicable sales tax. (For more information about our Credit Card policy, please scroll down.) We will send you an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. A copy of your receipt or a photo ID may be required for pickup.
If we do not have some items on our shelf at the time of packaging, we will state which items are not available in our Confirmation to Pickup e-mail. You may notify us via return e-mail or at the time of pickup if you would like us to Special Order the remaining items. Extra charges may be incurred in some cases.
If your order is not picked up within seven days of Notice for Pickup, we will return the items to our shelf and credit your account.
Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of
Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon picking and packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added if your order is being shipped to the address on your Order Confirmation. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.
If your order is to be picked up at the store, we will charge your credit card at the time that the order has been packaged and ready for pickup. We will notify you via e-mail that your order is ready and that your credit card has been charged. If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pickup, we will return the items to your shelf and credit your credit card for the amount of the order minus a $5.00 restocking charge.
